We didn't make it, we don't own it, but you can use it
Templates: Web Site Templates You can find templates here for use in your own website. You simply browse the designs, find one you like, change out your own pic and text and upload it to your website. You must either edit the HTML directly or use a WYSIWYG editor.
Software: You can use KompoZer, Trellian or SeaMonkey to edit those web files you just downloaded at OSWD.
Scripts: You can use some of these scripts to help enrich your new website: HotScripts.com, Dynamic Drive or Matt's Scripts Archive
